Slow Stretch Yoga Class & Vinyasa Flow
Whether you're completely new to yoga or a seasoned yogi these classes provide both a gentle introduction to fundamental postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practice with more intermediate options if you so wish.
All in a supportive, relaxed and non-judgmental environment where you can learn and grow at your own pace.
Monday 1.45-2.45pm - Slow Stretch

Yoga for Physical and Mental Well-being
This class is ideal if you are looking to gently nurture your physical and mental well-being. This class combines gentle somatic movement, Yin deep stretching, breathing techniques in a meditative environment to re-set the nervous system and melt away tension, improve suppleness and joint health.

1-2-1 Classes
There are many reason's to arrange a private 1-2-1 session - maybe you can't get to a class, feel apprehensive to join one, have a a busy lifestyle or wish to have more finely tuned practice to suit your needs. Go on
With a 1-2-1 session we can work towards your own goals together with undivided attention and guidance allowing for a tailored practice.
I am qualified to teach a range of abilities and conditions and have previously taught professional athletes and those living with a chronic conditions such as long covid, burnout and fibromyalgia.
Sessions can be in the comfort of your own home or we can arrange an alternative venue.
Corporate Sessions
Yoga is becoming increasingly popular in the workplace. Companies recognise the value of yoga and offer sessions to employees as part of events, wellness days or during lunch breaks to help manage stress.
I can bring Yoga and Wellness sessions to your workplace, event or conference to help your team relax, re-energise, ease away tension, reduce stress and help staff feel valued and worthy through mindful, functional movement, good posture and effective breathing techniques.
Sessions can be in held in the office, seated/standing/mat based, at events or conferences and will be tailored to specific requirements.
